Format: MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH – entries are grouped by released version (latest first). Each bullet originates from a version commit message (trimmed / lightly edited). If multiple commits used the same version (e.g. build files, quick fixes) they are merged under one heading. Some version gaps exist by design (skipped or internal only). Dates use the first (or primary) release commit for that version.
